Hotel Location
If you don't arrive by car, the location of Melantrich Hotel Prague is perfect. This part of the town between Old Town and Wenceslas squares was once called Havel's Town (according to St. Havel church nearby) and was inhabited mainly by Germans. This was also place where German law was applied in Middle Ages. Today the closest Metro station to Melantrich Hotel Prague is Mustek (green line A and yellow line B). There are many restaurants and pubs in the vicinity of the hotel but beware of overpriced places set to rip off the tourists.
